What to expect
At Northpark, we’re pretty casual, and our congregation's attire varies widely. Please dress in whatever way makes you feel comfortable; your presence is what matters to us.
When you arrive, you can expect to be greeted by a smiling face and a handshake. There is a Welcome Kiosk located in the center of the lobby, towards the worship center where you can have any of your questions answered. Also, if you have children or teens who will be attending their age appropriate classes, you can sign them in at the Welcome Kiosk as well. The children and teens join the adults for worship during the first part of the service (during the singing and communion time). Then, after the announcements, the pastor will ask the children/teens to stand so he can pray for them as they prepare to be dismissed into their classrooms.
The service itself is more contemporary in nature. We have a worship band and singers, who lead us through singing to experience God’s presence. The sermons/teachings are thoroughly biblical and help us to apply God’s Word to our everyday lives.
